When I first met with Lizzy and Eric, I knew I was going to love working with them- and I was right! They were warm, creative, and said those 3 magic words every designer loves to hear… “we trust you!” Lizzy is a talented graphic designer and did all of the paper elements for the wedding. There is just something about working with a fellow creative-type-person… always a little extra-special! Plus, it was our first-ever San Juan Island wedding! Definitely some extra logistical planning involved (including a 2 AM wake up call on the day of the wedding!) but it was worth every second.
I asked Lizzy a few questions about her wedding, and am happy to share her answers below!
All photos are by the talented Carina Skrobecki. You can also check out the full feature published on Wedding Chicks to see the whole gallery of photos.
What were some of your favorite moments of your wedding day? Our first look, the ceremony and of course the dancing!
Any advice for engaged couples? Enjoy every second as it goes fast.
What are you two up to now? Both working and enjoying the new year together
Your thoughts on working with Paisley Petals? Paula was a delight to work with, she had so many creative ideas. But most of all she brought so much light and love through her flower arrangements. We would recommend her services to anyone!
Thanks Lizzy and Eric! We wish you all the best in your new life together!
