Meet Paula

Celebrating life’s most joyful moments

with hand-crafted floral designs

Hey there!

I’m Paula

Enneagram 4, INFJ. Seeker of authenticity, creativity, deeper meanings and natural beauty. I may not have always had the words for it, but I’ve always been this way. As a toddler, I was obsessed with the moon. As an adult, I’ve been known to say “oh, hello” to a full moon like I was talking with an old friend. I know- super weird, but I think a little weirdness is a requirement for us creative types.

In high school, I had a favorite spot by a lake with a perfect view of Mt. Rainier. I would go there alone in the summer and just watch quietly while the sunset painted the mountain purple. Nature has a grounding effect for me, and the forests of the PNW will always feel like home.

I have loved flowers for as long as I can remember. My mom always had a beautiful garden on our 5 acre property. When I was 10, I started using the blooms she grew and the sword ferns from our woods to make arrangements for my grandmas (Fun Fact: my dad’s parents were from Paisley, Scotland and my business is named in their honor). I was always interested in flowers. I even worked at the cutest flower shop in high school, but had never really thought of pursuing a career in floral design. During my junior year of college, a sweet friend asked me if I could design her wedding flowers. That was January 1st of 2000, and I’ve been a wedding florist ever since!

I’m a northwest girl to the depths of my soul. I grew up in Black Diamond, lived in Portland for 8 years, and Seattle for 1 year after I got married. Currently making my home in a super cute 1938 house in Enumclaw (right in the foothills of my favorite mountain) with my husband Eric, our son Aidan and our daughter Finley. Both kiddos are already showing promise as floral designers and I can’t wait to include them in the business at whatever level interests them. I hope they learn by watching me that it is possible to create a life you love that brings you joy!
